My name is Laura and I like baking. I like to try different recipes and what I prefer is then eating what I baked ! I started baking as a child with my Swedish au pair girls and my grandmother and I have been Gourmande ever since.

In this blog, I would like to share with you my passion for food and the different recipes I try and optimize according to my taste.

Already Gourmande at 7...

Given my Swedish, Lebanese, and Swiss background, and my exposure to American and Italian culture, I will include dishes from all these places to share with you.

Baking and cooking is a hobby and I try to test a new recipe every week, so hopefully you will find often enough new ideas for your palates :-)
